Agenda-21 Quick Summary

Look what Richard Falk of the U.N. Human Rights Council said?

"The American global domination project is bound to generate all kinds of resistance in the post-colonial  world."

Mr. Falk is the U.N. Monitor for Palestine

He was seen on FOX AND FRIENDS on 4/26/2013

Now, read the following tabs to increase your knowledge learned in the primer.

1.       Agenda 21 is legally non-binding, or “soft law,” document signed in 1992 at the Rio Earth Summit by 178 nations, including the United States. It promotes the philosophy of “Sustainable Development.” Agenda 21 is a UN-sponsored international program, or blueprint, designed to implement internationally-controlled standards for virtually all aspects of life from the use of private property to the places people can and cannot live to how they travel to what they eat.  Once standards are adopted they are difficult to repeal. “Soft law” policy will eventually become international “hard law.”

2.       Its methods include implementation of international building codes and urban and rural planning, international land use codes, international transportation directives, international control of land, water, energy and agricultural resources, international energy use standards, central planning, and regional governance.  Wealth re- distribution on a national and world scale is part of the goal disguised as “social justice for equity, environmental stewardship, and economic justice,” all under the subtitle of “sustainable development.” These concepts of equity, environment and economy are known as “the 3Es of Sustainability” and symbolized by three interlocking circles.

 3.       Through its “programs,” “partnerships,” “agreements,” and “memberships,” Agenda-21 seeks to supplant national and state sovereignty and local autonomy and thereby remove representative government from policy-making.  The US government has already divided the nation into 10 “regions” for planning and governance among states, and has also implemented regional governance inside states to supplant local government.

 4.       Agenda 21 strikes at the heart of constitutional government and liberty, sovereignty, capitalism, and representative democracy; and seeks to impose socialistic dictatorship for global governance.  In order to achieve these goals the UN and its sponsors must hamstring and gut American economic prowess, destroy the middle class, and subvert representative government.  The US Senate has never approved this policy as a treaty but implementation proceeds nonetheless.

Note:

Seventy-five percent (75%) of this agenda is ALREADY IN PLACE! (See tab: What's already here)

Now they are going for the rest. The federal budget for example is loaded with programs and funding in this direction. Local governments are WAY down the road already. State governments are now becoming bigger targets.  Regional Councils of Government are prime movers of this agenda as are various professional associations such as the International City-County Management Association, the NC County Commissioner’s Association, the Planners’ Association, Transportation Planners’ Association, the NC League of Municipalities, and an infinite number of special interest groups.

That's the overview. Now read the next tab, "The New Normal," to see where we are and how we got there.
