Fellow citizens,

We are in imminent danger of losing our country to a form of government yet to be defined. To understand why and what we can do about stopping the demise of our Constitutional form of government, consider the following:

Most of our problems are the result of presidents, judges and our representatives not living up to their oaths of office to support and defend the Constitution. The usurpations are numerous, but I will hold this discussion to three so that it gives all of us a basis for performing our duty to defend the Constitution. The three:

1.    Gross overreach of Executive Order by present and past presidents.

2.    Failure of the Congress to adhere to their enumerated powers.

3.    Failure of the Congress and the president to check the other houses.

All elected, many appointed officials, and all military officers and enlisted men took an oath similar to the one below. Regardless of whether they or we still serve, the oath is for life.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

It is long past time to demand redress to these usurpations. If we do not, we too will be guilty of not performing our duty with regard to the Constitution. We will lose our country.

First, consider what the founders wrote when forming the ideas that gave us the most successful form of government in the history of the world. While reading these thoughts consider the socialistic, fascistic, communistic or other forms of government that lie on the scrap heap of history. In a word, they all failed! Also, consider what form of government will replace our constitution after "The Total Transformation of America" is complete. More importantly, just think what will happen if we do not demand and receive immediate redress of the multiple usurpations that have brought our country to the precipice.

Publius Huldah has written several succinct treatises for a defense of the Constitution by all Americans.

First: We the people are the natural guardians of the Constitution:

In Federalist No. 16, Hamilton wrote that the American people are “the natural guardians of the Constitution” and should take whatever action is necessary when their representatives in the federal government concur with the usurpations of another Branch – and thereby violate their oaths to defend the Constitution.

In Federalist No. 33, Hamilton says: “If the federal government should overpass the just bounds of its authority and make a tyrannical use of its powers, the people, whose creature it is, must appeal to the standard they have formed [the Constitution], and take such measures to redress the injury done to the Constitution as the exigency may suggest and prudence justify.”

Also, on January 30, 1788, in Federalist 47, James Madison observed that Montesquieu’s warning — "There can be no liberty where the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person, or body of magistrates"

Second:  Rulemaking by Executive Agencies, & Executive Orders

For an in depth history and discussion of Executive Order see:

Third: Congress’ enumerated powers

Fourth: The Oath Of Office: The Check On Usurpations By Congress, The Executive Branch, & Federal Judges. Our Framers Understood That Judges Could Be Dangerous - But Couldn’t Get Away With It Unless WE Concurred.

As many of have found, however, just one of us writing or calling is ineffective. Often, staffers that filter communications dutifully record our offerings. If we singly persists we are no doubt flagged as "one of those" and future communications are given little or no relevance. Our Constitutional right will have been effectively thwarted.

On the other hand, when thousands write and or call about an usurpation, our representatives will take notice. So, even though individual communications are encouraged, coordinated mass objections to an usurpation are more effective by far.

To sum up, coordinate if possible with your club or group. Better, coordinate your message with hundreds or even thousands of other organizations, then exercise your Constitutional duty to support and defend the Constitution. Know your Constitution. Object correctly, and you will be heard!
